A familiarity with ethical concepts and vales will equip sales personnel to critically evaluate the conduct of individuals, stakeholder groups, their own organisation and the organisations of their customers as well as public policies currently in place.

A variety of ethical and value-based perspectives are reviewed and then applied to a range of ethical and moral issues and dilemmas that arise as a part of the sales process.

Both individual and organisational responses to these issues and dilemmas are examined, both nationally and internationally.
